Conditions |
|
Minimun
stay:
2 Nights on weekend. 3 Nights on holiday bridges, 4 Nights on "Semana
Santa" and end of year.

Booking:
Down payement of 30%
of the total, made by bank transfer or credit card. |

Cancellation:
In case of
cancellation , if it is made between 30 and 7 days, a 50% of the
booking would be retained. If cancellation is made in less than a week
time, the total amount of the booking could be retained. |

Accomodation
Pay: At check-in. |

Guarantee
deposit: 50 € /
apartment in cash
paid at check-in,
refunded at check-out. In case of forniture or equipment flaws, lost of
keys or extra cleaning the corresponding amount of the deposit will be
deducced. |

Cleaning:
The apartments will
have to be given in the same conditions of cleaning that to the
check-in. In other case the amount of 20 € will be
deduced
of the guarantee deposit for cleaning. |

Check-in:
17:00 to 22:00. For
other times, ask for confirmation. |
